THE FACES BEHIND C3
Larry and Kelly White are a husband-and-wife duo with over 35 years of ministry experience, including 17 years as Lead Pastors of a local church in Southern California. Along the way, they've weathered every season of leadership — the calm and the turbulent, the joys, the sorrows, and everything in between. In 2019, the Lord called them to serve pastors and leaders directly within their own ministry contexts. After a season of transition and preparation, Larry and Kelly moved full-time into their RV and hit the road, ready to answer that call.
What is C3
C3 Ministries is a non-profit, faith-based ministry designed to go and meet the needs of pastors and leaders across the US. C3 stands for Coffee, Care & Coaching — and C3 on the Road means we come to you, bringing a healthy perspective on your relationship with God, family, workplace, and faith community.
Scripture calls us to two things at once. In 1 Peter 5:7, the Lord says, "Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you." In Galatians 6:2, He says, "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." As Christian leaders, we're told to cast and carry at the same time — easier said than done. We'd love to come alongside you as you do both.
