Meet C3

Larry & Kelly White, a husband-and-wife duo with 30 plus years of ministry experience. 17 of those as Lead Pastors of a local church in Southern California.They have navigated the, sometimes calm and sometimes turbulent, waters of  leadership. The joys, the sorrows and everything in between. In  2019 the Lord asked them to serve pastors and leaders at their location and in their ministry context. 

After a couple years of transition and preparation, they moved full time into their RV and hit the road!

C3 stands for Coffee, Care & Coaching. C3 on the road means we get to come to you! Bringing a healthy perspective of your relationship with God, family, workplace and faith community. The Lord said in 1 Peter 5:7, ‘Cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you.’ But He also said in Galatians 6:2, ‘Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ’. As Christian leaders we are told to cast and carry at the same time. Easier said than done. We would love to come and help you as you endeavor to cast and carry.

We offer a customizable approach to everything we do, since one size does not fit all. Onsite with  you and your team while sharing a good cup of coffee.
