3 weekends and 2 full weeks on site with you and your team.

• 3 preaching opportunities to give the lead pastor a needed rest. 
• 4 care times with the lead pastor, spouse and family
• 2 care times with staff and/or key leaders.

             *All long term coaching, 6-12 months, via Zoom.
