Alpha Roast

Pappy’s Alpha Roast is the first signature roast of Pappy's Brew. From the region of Guatemala Antigua which provides rich volcanic soil and perfect conditions, to produce a well-rounded medium roast coffee to satisfy any coffee snob like Pappy. Alpha Roast in one of our best sellers due to Its smooth, sweet, well balanced flavor with hints of chocolate. Sure to be a favorite cup drank black or with cream, and always Pappy approved!
Dark Roast

Dark Roast is our Alaskan Wilderness Blend. Its smokey and rich in flavor with very low acidity, Its delicious with any sweet pastry, and just a tad bit of cream. But definitely a bold and robust cup of coffee, its roasted a little longer for the serious coffee drinker and always Pappy approved!
Blond Roast

Blonde Roast the lightest out of the four roasts and is the most caffeinated out of all of them. This roast is from Bali Indonesia, it's bright, tangy, and citrusy all in one. It's Delicious just by itself or, even better paired with any of your favorite breakfast pastries, and always Pappy approved!
Late Night Roast

Late Night Roast is our only Decaffeinated coffee. If you love to have a good cup of coffee late at night, without all the caffeine, then our Late Night Roast is for you. This delicious cup of coffee is from Peru, where they used the "Swiss Water Process" to decaffeinate the beans. What that means is they use pure "green coffee extract" to extract the caffeine from the beans, without the use of harsh chemicals or solvents. It has that same delicious coffee taste, without the 'cardboard taste'.
